Simulation Library for Virtual Reality and
Interactive Applications:
Goals:
- build a system to simulate the dynamics of rigid bodies and
to interactively manipulate these bodies in virtual environments
- support objects geometrically described by planar as well as curved
surfaces
- provide realistic simulation of physical effects like impacts, sliding,
sticking and rolling motions friction
- develop efficient algorithms for collision detection and
distance computation.
